Do we actually need AI?

Maybe not. On the first call you describe the job, and we tell you honestly whether AI is the answer, or whether a cron job and a spreadsheet would do. One call, no deck.

How does the fixed price work?

One fixed price for the whole project, agreed on the schematic page before any build work starts. It is paid 25% on signing, 25% when the schematic is approved, 30% as build milestones are accepted and 20% at handoff. If we under-estimate, that is our cost, not yours.

Who pays for model usage?

You do, directly. What we build runs on your own provider accounts, so you see every token and we never mark it up.

Who owns the prompts, evals and API keys?

You do. At handoff you get your code, your prompts, your evals, your API keys and your docs. Keep us on retainer or don't: either way you own it outright.

What kinds of AI work do you do?

Four kinds: custom AI agents and chatbots, custom AI integrations, third party AI integrations and embedded AI experts and consultants. Most projects are one of these, and some are all four.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We build AI into your existing systems and workflows, and connect third party tools such as Salesforce, Klaviyo and HubSpot to your applications.

What happens when the work grows past the original scope?

Extra work outside the scope is quoted before it starts and billed hourly. It never changes the fixed price silently, and scope changes are agreed in writing.

Where are you based, and how does a project start?

We are in Cleveland, Ohio, and work in your time zone. A project starts with one call: tell us the job in a paragraph, and we will say whether AI is the right tool for it and what is, if it isn't.
