Easy to use and open to everyone, so you can focus on what matters most to you. No AI strategy deck. No pilot that never leaves the pilot. - Based in: Cleveland, OH - Website: https://superschematic.ai/ - Email: team@superschematic.com ## What we build ### Agents that do the work Agents and chatbots your customers and your team actually use: they take on tasks, make decisions, learn from every interaction and know when to hand off to a person. Built for a specific job, not bolted to a homepage. ### Tools you already live in AI built into the systems and workflows you already run, so the CRM, the store and the help desk get smarter without a new tab to check. ### Partnerships that outlast the hype AI changes every quarter. We'd rather be the people you call about the next thing than the people who sold you the last one. ## Kinds of projects Four shapes the work usually takes. Most projects are one of these, and some are all four. - **[Custom AI agents and chatbots](https://superschematic.ai/services/custom-ai-agents-and-chatbots/)**: Intelligent agents that do a real job end to end: triage the inbox, draft the quote, file the ticket, and stop to ask when they're unsure. Examples: inbox triage, quotes, tickets. - **[Custom AI integrations](https://superschematic.ai/services/custom-ai-integrations/)**: AI woven into your existing systems and workflows, enabling automation and better decisions without changing how your team works. Examples: automation, decision support, workflows. - **[Third party AI integrations](https://superschematic.ai/services/third-party-ai-integrations/)**: Best-in-class third party AI tools and services connected to your applications, as a project with a start and an end, for enhanced capabilities and insights. Examples: Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo. - **[Embedded AI experts and consultants](https://superschematic.ai/services/embedded-ai-experts-and-consultants/)**: One of our experts inside your team for a season: pairing, building your first AI features with you, and leaving behind people who can build the next ones. Examples: pairing, training, retainer. ## In flight Our own AI products, built with the same care we bring to yours. Both are under development, and yes, you can poke at them. ### ezigab: AI-powered language CMS Status: under development. Site: https://ezigab.com A headless CMS where models draft, translate and tune copy in every language you sell in, and editors approve it — so your German site stops being six months behind your English one. ### waltour: cutting edge AI travel planner Status: under development. Site: https://waltourworld.com An agent that plans a walking tour around what you actually want to look at, in any city. Built because guidebooks keep sending everyone to the same four blocks. ## Ohio-born, midwest-raised, globally-minded We're born and raised here, with roots across the Midwest. The best AI work shouldn't only happen on the coasts, and we're here to bring it home: the talent is here, the problems worth solving are here, and the commute to your office is short. Local service, in your time zone, from people who understand what your business does before they suggest AI for it. ## How a project goes 1. **The sketch** 2. **The schematic** 3. **The build** 4. **The handoff** [The full process](https://superschematic.ai/process/) ## Simple pricing One fixed price for the whole project, agreed on the schematic page before any build work starts. - 25% on signing - 25% schematic approved - 30% build milestones accepted - 20% handoff [How payment and changes work](https://superschematic.ai/pricing/) ## The whole crew - Michael 'MA' Sharp, Principal ([LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/mrasharp/), [Website](https://michaelsharp.dev)) - Monica Hawes, Administrative Coordinator (keeps the workshop running) - Elite Engineers, Contractors (a short list, hand-picked per build) ## Contact Ready to get started?
